Refund Policy

In The Duck Trading Empire, We really strive our best to make sure you guys become the best version of yourself in trading! But if it ever not satisfies you, We allow refund only if all of these conditions are met down below.

- You have 2 days to ask for a refund after the purchase.

- Your % of the mentorship content learnt should be less then 5%

- You didn't join the Private DTE Server yet (Private Server Link will only be sent out once the user finishes the course, There can be some scenarios where the user wishes to get the discord link immediately, gets all the contents inside the Private DTE Server and asks for a refund. That isn't fair.)

We strongly believe that these policies are fair and hopefully you do think the same
